Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between DiZiK Tooling Group Co., Ltd. (China) / DiZiK Tooling Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) (hereinafter "DiZiK", "we", "us") and the customer (hereinafter "you", "your") for the purchase of industrial cutting tools and related services.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, as well as our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

All orders are subject to acceptance by DiZiK. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or credit issues. A formal quotation or proforma invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.

We accept T/T, Alipay, PayPal, and local bank transfers (Malaysia/SEA). Payment terms: 100% advance for standard products; 30% deposit + 70% balance before delivery for customized/bulk orders. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in order cancellation and deposit forfeiture, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

All prices are quoted in USD/EUR/CNY/MYR as agreed, excluding shipping, insurance, import duties, taxes, and customs fees. You are solely responsible for all import-related costs in your destination country.

Standard products: 3-7 working days; Customized products: 7-20 working days (subject to order complexity). Production time starts from the date of deposit receipt and final drawing confirmation.

We ship via DHL/FedEx (air freight) or sea freight (FCL/LCL) as agreed. Delivery times are estimates only, and DiZiK is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Changes to orders in production require mutual written agreement and may incur additional charges. No modifications will be accepted after production is completed.

All product dimensions, materials, and performance are subject to technical drawings and quotations. We reserve the right to make minor improvements to products without prior notice, provided they do not affect performance.

We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects. For quality issues, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, drawings, and technical information remain the exclusive property of DiZiK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

DiZiK's total liability under any order is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold DiZiK harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, or your use of the products.

These terms are governed by the laws of China (for orders from China factory) or Malaysia (for orders from Malaysia factory). Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, submitted to arbitration in the respective jurisdiction.
